#PLAYME.S3M
"Play Me First" by Aahz
Song Length : 1:15
This tune is what a typical C64 tune is like...
3 channels with a chiptune taste to it. You will
Not find any more of these tunes in this musicdisk.
This is only a demonstration :)
#DANCEIMP.S3M
"Dance Of The Imp" by Aahz
Song Length : 1:12
This is a song I wrote originally on the c64.. It
was worth converting since it was written in triplet
feel and that was a common style for c64 music.
#ELECTRIC.S3M
"Electric Ice" by Styx
Song Length : 2:29
This tune is based on a C64 tune by Reverb/Lords.
Reverb was without a doubt one of the most influential
NTSC c64 musicians, and his music still lives on in our
hearts and minds, I felt it was very appropriate to pay
tribute to Reverb by doing a tune based on his farewell
to c64 tune
#IMMTHING.S3M
"Immortal Thing" by Aahz
Song Length : 2:56
A name synonymous with the c64 music scene was JCH
(Jens Christian Hughes) he wrote the engine most often
used in c64 music.. and with this we pay tribute to the
style of music which he popularised.
#KYRANDIA.S3M
"Kyrandia" by Replay
Song Length : 3:46
This great song with a strange name was originally
written for the intro to carcass' c64 demo "Sadisfaction"
unfortunatly the song was not finished in time.. and now
3 years later it has life re-injected on a more capable
platform.
#MYSTERY.S3M
"Mysterious Mastery" by Replay
Song Length : 2:58
This one is a remix of an anonymous C64 tune... We
forgot the author of the original tune and couldn't
find a copypin order to give him credit/contact him,
so if you're listening and you wrote this tune...you
are a damn good musician and all of @Carcass@ salutes
you!
#ZAMMIS.S3M
"Zammis" by Replay
Song Length : 2:49
This tune was originally done by Thomas Morgenson
(Drax) of Vibrants. As a member of vibrants c64
Drax shaped the way computer musicians wrote for
on the amiga, c64 and now the pc. He has a wealth
of talent and at least one of his tunes deserved to
be converted in our c64 tribute disk.
